Mark's Kitchen opened on Belmont with a short menu and a longer idea, that a neighborhood spot didn't have to choose between fast and good. We cook to order, we source from the valley around us, and we treat the lunch rush like the part of the day we're built for. The menu has grown, but the idea hasn't moved.
