Mark's Kitchen began with a simple goal: serve the kind of Chinese food that brings people back. From our spot on E Belmont Ave, we've spent years cooking for Fresno families, students, and hard-working locals who want a hot, satisfying meal without the wait or the high price tag.
Our kitchen is hands-on and personal. Led by owner Helen, the team is known for a warm welcome, a quick smile, and plates that come out generous and full of flavor. It's the kind of place where regulars are greeted by name and first-timers leave as friends.
